Starting April 1, 2025, the fees required upon receiving approval from the Immigration Services Agency will increase as follows:
◆Extension of Period of Stay / Change of Status of Residence
¥4,000 → ¥6,000 (¥5,500 for online applications)
◆Permanent Residency Approval
¥8,000 → ¥10,000
