Reservation for Consultation

Our Immigration Lawyer conducts consultations for immigration procedures via interview.
If you wish to consult with us, please fill out the following form and send it to us.
As soon as the details of your message have been confirmed, our office will reply to you to arrange a date and time for your consultation.
If you do not receive our response within 2 business days after sending your message, we kindly ask you to call us (phone number: 03-6709-9207).

If for any reason you are unable to visit our office as scheduled, please be sure to contact us in advance. We will confirm your new preferred date and time and reschedule your consultation.

5,000 Japanese Yen (60 minutes)

Our office uses the cloud service “Zoom” for our online consultations. We kindly ask that you download and install this application before your consultation. If you wish to use another communication application for our consultation,please contact us.

Consultation policy

An immigration lawyer from our office will confirm the details of your case at your consultation, address any relevant materials, and present the appropriate solutions or measures in line with your desired outcome. Rest assured that your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our office will never disclose or leak the details of your consultation to any third parties in accordance with our confidentiality obligation.

Service agreement after consultation

We will inform you of our polices regarding procedures and expenses at the conclusion of your consultation. If you wish to further pursue a service agreement with us after your consultation, you can determine whether to execute it after considering it carefully.

We have been experiencing frequent issues with our reply emails not reaching Yahoo domain email addresses.
